Mike Lister
All my adult life I've had higher than normal blood pressure, in a hospital setting it was often stellar. Doctors kept harping on about exercise, diets, lifestyle blah blah. One tried me on blood pressure meds, yuk, forget that. Last year I had my thyroid removed, now my blood pressure is 100% normal, 100% of the time, under 100% of circumstances. Go figure.
Sheryl
As both I and @newbee2022 have posted, this tiredness which began right after starting a new medication, is a known side effect of that medication. No need for a "deep dive" into anything nor to rush off to new specialists. Especially as OP has had recent checkups and is under regular medical supervision. He just needs to discuss with his doctor a change of medication.
