All my adult life I've had higher than normal blood pressure, in a hospital setting it was often stellar. Doctors kept harping on about exercise, diets, lifestyle blah blah. One tried me on blood pressure meds, yuk, forget that.

ย

Last year I had my thyroid removed, now my blood pressure is 100% normal, 100% of the time, under 100% of circumstances. Go figure.

As both I and @newbee2022ย have posted, this tiredness which began right after starting a new medication, is a known side effect of that medication.

No need for a "deep dive" into anything nor to rush off to new specialists. Especially as OP has had recent checkups and is under regular medical supervision.

ย

He just needs to discuss with his doctor a change of medication.ย
