The way the other poster presented it, it looked like it was Biden FBI which decided to change the system in order hide the real crime figures. The change has been made by the Trump administration. The new system has been implemented for more than three years, which means that 2021, 2022, and 2023 figures can be compared, as the same method has been used. It is worth noting that NOWHERE in the non-right media is anyone even the slightest bit concerned that Biden is not in a condition to be the leader of the free world, the only concern is with the election and the left maintaining its hold on power.
