Residents in the Krasang district of Buriram reported sightings of a perverted Thai man riding a motorcycle and engaging in indecent acts in front of their homes, primarily targeting elderly individuals. The unsettling incidents have left the community in fear.

 

Upon investigation in Ban Saeng Nern village, residents were found discussing the recent occurrences. Many are urging police to apprehend the perpetrator, fearing potential harm if the situation escalates.

 

A resident of the village, 64 year old Arree Saensila provided CCTV footage to local reporters. The footage revealed a man, approximately 30 to 40 years old, wearing shorts and exposing himself while attempting to masturbate.

 

Arree recounted the incident, which took place on July 2, around 11.27am. While resting in a hammock in front of her house, she noticed the man, who was wearing a purple long-sleeved shirt, brown shorts, and a cloth hat covering his face, repeatedly circling her house on a red and black Honda motorcycle without visible license plates.

 

The Buriram masturbating bandit eventually stopped in front of Aree’s residence, claiming that he was waiting for a friend when asked about his motives. However, Arree noticed him exposing himself and engaging in indecent behaviour while staring at her.

 

Alarmed, Arree tried to remain calm and contemplated calling for help from her sister, who lived across the street. Before she could act, the man quickly fled the scene on his motorcycle.

 

 

Arree expressed her fear, especially since she was alone during the incident. She expressed worries that the man might return to potentially target her once again. She shared the incident with her daughter, who downloaded the CCTV footage as evidence. The footage was also given to the village head for further action.

 

The village head of Ban Saeng Nern, Suthep Kaewram, confirmed that similar indecent acts have occurred in several villages within the subdistrict. The perpetrator appears to specifically target elderly women who are home alone. These acts have been committed brazenly in broad daylight.

 

The village head has coordinated with community leaders to raise awareness among residents in all villages within the area. Villagers are urged to report any suspicious individuals matching the described appearance. Local police have been notified and are reviewing CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the perpetrator, reported KhaoSod.

 

The story sounds remarkably similar to a perverted Thai man called Billy in Khon Kaen last month. He too rides a black Honda and is of a similar age.

 

Officers from Thapra Police Station in the Isaan province of Khon Kaen reported that Billy repeatedly masturbates in public, adding he suffers from a mental illness and has acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). However, they have been unable to locate him thus far.
