Daily routine

My daily routine usually involves fixing something that has gone on the blink , this month alone a wheel fell off the lawnmower and needed replacing , the cable that runs from outside the house and provides my internet has somehow broken and a rubber hose on my Dyson vacuum cleaner has also degraded and needs to be replaced..and as fast as I repair stuff other sh*t packs in ..

Oh! Coffee and Peanut Butter on Toast for Breakfast..

Similar to me,

Up before 6am, let the rabbits out and give them a snack, cycle for 25km, then back home for a yoghurt and granola breakfast. Then laze around on the sofa for the rest of the day reading novels.

Daily routine

Been the same for years

come downstairs, if daylight open door to let the dogs out, bathroom, sit take BS test + BP test + take med's and Insulin, go to kitchen put the coffee on, back to front room, dog have done and back inside go to Pond and feed the fish,  close door Switch on PC back to kitchen 

make 2 slices of toast . have fruit and yogurt drink 3 mugs black coffee

regardless of time wake anytime between 5 - 8:30   routine is the same.

Eat a bowl of Fruity Puffs covered with sweetened condensed milk

Burp

Turn on my penis pump

Back to Pornhub to surf the GILF section

Scratch my balls

Fart again

Twist up a fatty

Blow my mind

Take a dump (pinch 3 loafs or it doesn't count)

Tweeze my nose hairs

Do a Puerto Rican shower

Back to sleep

Rinse and repeat

Could be anything, shop, baking, cooking, prepping dinner.  Or a drive, short or long, for coffee & sweets or dinner.  Maybe just to snap photos.

 

Usually some torrent downloading going on.  After nightfall, usually in house, snacking & torrents.  Don't go out much, if at all, after nightfall. 

 

Always seem to be thinking about and researching next O&A.

Bicep curls

Tricep overhead extensions

 

Band under feet

Military press

Front and side lateral raises

Reverse curls

 

Only takes 10 mins. Same 5 to 6 days a week.

Okay, not doing for strenght or volume, just for the blood flow. Put in some dead lift and squats to 😉

My arms are getting strong. You don't need much volume if doing  5 to 6 days a week. Generally 2 sets each. 10 to 12 sets per muscle a week is all you need.

 

Sometimes i do 3 band rows with 1 arm for 8 to 10 reps. Another day 1 band for 40 reps.

 

Mix it up. Anywhere from 6 to 40 reps builds muscle. 

 

(Sometimes i train twice a day)

Dead lifts are better with free weights. Dont like squats. The best deadlift imo is trap bar lifts. Safer on back.

Take the wife to work.

Swim/Walk

Maybe lunch 

Ride motorcycle to a friends place 

Pick up the wife from work 

Dinner

And scatter some turds on AN now and then

04.20 Checking rankings on 120 websites

05.10 Breakfast (Usually a simple Thai rice soup, noodles or sandwich with cheese and ham)

06.00 Checking news online

06.30 - 08.30 Taking care of children, checking first news on AN and driving children to school.

08.30 - 09.30 Doing inventory in our shops

09.30 - 10.30 preparing the restaurant, doing inventory for opening 11.00

10.30 - 12.30 Web work (taking order for links om 180 websites)

12.30 - 14.00 Long lunch

14.00 - 15.30 Web work (Ordering content and buying new domains)

15.30 - 16.30 Getting children from school

16.30 - 18.00 Web work (Creating new websites and maintaining the stock)

18.00 - 19.00 Cooking dinner with wife

19.00 - 19.45 Eating dinner

19.45 - 21.00 doing shopping at Lotus´s and Makro for shops and restaurant

21.00 - 21.50 Checking ranking for 120 websites.

That´s Mon-Fri. Sat-Sun, I do what I and the family god damn please! 🙂

with anchor points with a bar or handles, you can do nice dead lifts with power bands. Well, squats or Dead lifts, is basically almost the same. I favor squats since I do get the nice pump when do 15 - 20 reps with free weights, then leg press and finish off with leg curls after,  front at back.

The tension is highest at the top. The exact opposite of free weights.

All I say, it works well for maintenence, as I use my power bands for, and better than not doing those exercises.

Anyway, I can answer really quickly. If rankings fall 1-3 places, means half revenue online in the affiliate business. That´s why I have to check early and late, to be able to adjust and counter measure, as well as know if a backlink attack with negative SEO has been made. But, I guess that is so far over your head, so just make a stupid ? once again.
