I've just turned 83 and find I need more of a kick so I upped cialis from 10 to 20 mg a day which helps.  I might also have to drop finasteride or just take topical version for my hair.  Cialis (tadalafil) is prescribed for both ED and BPH.  May also consider upping testosterone from gel to injections.

 

I have no interest in giving up sex.  Nor does my 42 yr old GF/wife.  Even though her main enjoyment is the multiple orgasms from my cunnilingus.

I never bothered to do testesterone checkups or all that other stuff guys do. I just put it down to old age. That's what all these changes are basically imo, just aging. I can't fight it and don't really want to throw a bunch of money on treatments for problems that just get worse with time.

That's true. Totally fit handsome guy with perfect diet.

My T-levels are actually above normal, morning wood is a daily morning occurrence, and for the most part I don't give a da*m about sex with my 64 year old, post-menopausal wife - too much work.  And even though extracurricular sex is widely available, for the most part I still don't care.  I still enjoy the "form" of a woman's body (I ain't dead yet), but past that I don't really care.  It's a blessing.  I don't like being led around by my dick personally.  It's just "so much" friction and huffing and puffing then <spurt> done.  Really over-rated if you think about it imho.

Some guys like ladyboys or guys because at least one party has an erection for penetration. If it's just a flacid guy and a woman neither can penetrate.
