I do think the debate with Harris will go in a similar way, Trump will peform somewhat better, but Harris won't make obvious errors, so even if the debate is balanced, CNN, MSNBC et al will be saying Harris won. They'll most likely take a poll of Harris voters and ask them "will you vote for Trump now?". They'll say no and that'll be the "evidence" Trump didn't win. When a careful and objective viewing of the debate will really have you conclude that Trump did win. That's what happened with almost all 3 Clinton debates. -

Really - you guys are hilarious... If refuelling of vehicles was so dangerous there would be numerous petrol station fires across the nation on an hourly basis... If refuelling of vehicles was so dangerous, we'd all have to exit the vehicle while it was being refulled by a 'trained professional' and have fire fighters on standby. You are really over egging the pudding with this 'putting family and others at risk' statements - If the dangers were as extreme as you suggest, things would be done very differently. Think instead of buying into all the myths. And yes, one of you will now post an example of a petrol station fire - but once digging, it will be found that there was another failure beyond the norm of simply filling up a car... -

Often electricity outage and undervoltage
The simplest way to mitigate under (and over) voltage would be to install an under/over relay device, many are available on Lazada etc. These cut the power when the voltage goes outside the set range, of course you then have no power to whatever it is protecting. Alternatively, voltage regulators are available (both small and large) which regulate your voltage, at least to an extent. How low is your voltage going? Do you have logs you can show PEA? You're not going to get compensation but you might get them to fix (or at least improve) it. Or, do like we and others have done and install solar with a battery for backup, say farewell to any other power cuts. -

Indeed. Slightly OT here but regards the DTV, I had wondered if the Chinese working remotely from here, of which there are countless numbers, faired in terms of their working status? While the DTV will no doubt account for a lot of Chinese maintaining business back home, I wonder how many are under the radar? The 500K won't be an issue for many of course who want to be legit. They will keep their earnings out of Thailand for the most part, to avoid tax, that's if they being treated the same as everyone else? Food for thought. -

Not because of the electoral college, just looking at the performance. Read the account the BBC gives above in the link. Clinton had him on a silver plate, his campaign was in disarray. She just had to finish him off. She did not. And Clinton is a far more passionate, intelligent and capable debater than Harris. -

This story is at least two days old. He has apparently been in Thailand for decades. His Thai wife left him and took everything. He is left with an empty house and a refrigerator.
