The naked eye cannot see in the infrared spectrum so when he found the lights how did he know what they were?

Mysterious footprints in Rayong spark ghostly speculation

Anything to To believe  what's not possible .

If one repeats it many/many  times someone will believe it, Gullible Natives .

I'm sure there are auspicious messages in those footprints.. Lucky lottery numbers even.

 

Those footprints are the work of a particularly nasty ghost, the "Pee Kuan Teen", so best get some serious merit-making done at yer local temple, peasants!
