Thalang – One person has died and five people have been injured after a pickup truck crashed into a motorbike and a power pole near a market in the Thep Krasattri sub-district.

Emergency responders reported that they were notified of the accident on Friday morning (July 26th) on the Thep Krassattri Road near a U-turn at a market in Baan Mueang Mai.

 

They arrived at the scene to find a damaged pickup truck had crashed into a power pole and a stall on the side of the road’s southbound lane. The damaged motorbike was found on the opposite side of the northbound lane.

Another report says he slewed into 5 roadside vendors and those were the injured.

That would make sense.

brake failure ?    who needs brakes when there is a handy power pole near by

we should imagine he was  not speeding, overloaded,smoking,talking on mobil, weaving in and out of traffic and or intoxicated, not to mention licensed
