Visiting Vietnam

Featured Replies

Hi  I want to go to vietnam and get a sense of the war. I understand that it is biased but wondering if it is better to book everything thru an agent here or to book when I get there Looking to book into HCMC probably.

Onemore have you gone into the tunnels

Yeah i did the tunnels, good worth doing, just don't get behind a fat falang with wind issues.

They've actually widened the tunnels since the war so fat falang can enter

No

And I am pretty sure if you read the book, you also don't have the desire to go into them.

And there is another reason. My size is slightly more than the average Vietnamese. 😉

I should add you are bent over at ar*e level

Reading a good book may give better and honest view how idiotic the war was:

"A Rumor of War" by Philip Caputo.
