I think they only come up with this kind of mental diarrhoea to get a rise out of us expats. It's immigration having a troll during lunch break.

Wonder how much they had to pay for a score like that.

Compared to that RPD could not find a single prostitute on walking street a few years ago?

It's the old local adage that there is nothing wrong with simply lying, nobody calls you out on it here.

Now wait a minute. The survey does not say worldwide. So perhaps out of every city in Thailand, Pattaya scored such a high rating. Meaning, God help us, that the rest of Thailand has even more corruption than Pattaya

Dont say that or you will spark gang warfare over who has the most corrupt city

Over the years, Pattaya City has shown significant improvement in its ITA scores.

As they learned to juggle the figures.

Just taking into consideration the taxis and that figure would drop to 50%

Well below if they include the police.

Perception is everything in Thailand, substance is often lacking.

Can we all see publically the ethics and transparency by viewing the Pattaya 99.41 score details in the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) corruption assessment report.

You know what Churchill said about statistics, "The only statistics you can trust are those you falsified yourself".
