False buddy. I stood in front of it like everybody does.

People who say there isn't much to do outside BKK are embarrassing themselves.

Most of the guys who hate T daily don't live in Bangkok. That is a clue. There isn't much to do in Thailand outside Bangkok.

I wouldn't say that. There are always things you can do, it just depends on the person in question.

That goes for everywhere, if not capable to find and do interesting things. Most waste their quality time here instead of doing something interesting.

Tell us your story how you ended up here, wasting your time? Your partner don't let you go Koh Samui?

This is what you said in a different thread:

”All humans have energy fields. I can feel energy from 15m away. When a negative person leaves the room the energy changes a lot. If sit in a room close to a negative person I feel ill after 5 minutes. With a positive person I feel good.”

I just wondered if you see yourself as a positive person. Because what I have seen from you so far on this forum, and in this thread in particular, is not really compatible with my perception of a positive person. In other words, you seem to like to complain a lot, and make (very) derogatory remarks about or to people who don’t agree with you. Just my two cents….

Why do people live anywhere where they don't want to live?

It's simple.

Sadomasochism.

bob.

My experience of life is that wherever I go I take my mind and its contents with me, for better and for worse. Funny that.

Most like me. Only the left hates me for proving them wrong.

Waterfalls, tranquility, beaches, National Parks, really old temples, rural life and many more that beats Bangkok. But there's some gravity that pulls me back to that overcrowded dirty city. image.thumb.jpeg.9f054aed639bbcdbf0266d21fd950fd3.jpeg

Me too. Dirty but fun.

Easier for me to live in Siem Reap and its probably the most underrated place in SE Asia (unless you are here for LBFMs, then forget it). Bangkok 6 hours away, Buriram 4. Im not complaining at all.

If I want to live in Nowheresville, Ill do it in the USA and then I can shoot deer off my porch and have some fab stews.
