It's an aggregator, not a single poll.

And up to one week ago, it was showing Trump ahead.

Anticipated. The "my poll's better'n your poll" discussion I've already had included two aggregators. Yawn.

It's ok. I understand you don't want to know that poll results have changed in just a few days' time.

Why did he choose an entertainment company to arrange a debate? Why not Saturday Night Live?

Because FOX  has a bias in favour of  Trump.    You do mean Fox don't you?  Are you aware that Fox is an entertainment company and includes;

FOX News Media a 24-hour  news service

FOX Business Network  a financial news channel, covering  Main Street and Wall Street.

FOX Sports  an industry leader in live events,

FOX Entertainment

FOX Television owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S.

Tubi - Digital entertainment

Credible - a tool to compare personalized loan offers from  lenders

OutKick a multimedia platform for of sports news, sports culture and pop culture.

Blockchain Creative Labs a Web3 media company

ABC argued for dismissal in court, but the judge decided the evidence in Trump's favor was sufficiently compelling that the suit could proceed. The political pundit pretending to be a journalist wasn't just stating fact but arguably engaging in libel.

ABC has deep pockets, so if he wins, the settlement could be pretty nice. Trump doesn't always win in court, but he certainly does at times. Jack Smith--whoops.

So, you'll just have to suck that up and wait and see. Doesn't matter what you think you're SURE of. Impresses no one. In fact, you've merely increased Trump's chances, as ANF Poster predictions are excellent inverse indicators.

That is not occurred and not what the judge stated.  Trump's legal team did not submit  "evidence".  Evidence of the kind you intimate is not presented at this type of hearing. The court decision was sound and based upon New York law.  US District Judge Cecilia Altonaga, noted that the definition of rape differences between the specific New York law definition of rape and the common definition of rape,  were different enough to let the case move forward. The judge noted that  “New York has opted to separate out a crime of rape. Stephanopoulos’s statements dealt not with the public’s usage of that term, but the jury’s consideration of it during a formal legal proceeding, and “whether or not it is substantially true to say a jury (or juries) found (Trump) liable for rape by a jury despite the jury’s verdict expressly finding he was not liable for rape.”

Judge Altonga  is also quoted as stating   “Judge Kaplan was reviewing a jury’s damages award. His analysis necessarily focused on what Carroll had and had not proved at trial, as well as the harm Carroll experienced from (Trump’s) abuse. There was no discussion of how to accurately report on the jury’s findings.”   The judge made clear in her ruling that she was NOT deciding on the merits of Trump’s claim that he was defamed by ABC News, and wasn’t trying to suggest that he’ll win the case.

<SNIP! Irrelevant ranting>

So I said originally, the judge simply said the case can proceed. Yes, the Trump team presented ITS evidence, notably the video of Stephanopolous, and its arguments based on law. It can proceed because THAT evidence COULD, at trial, be reasonably interpreted as proving that Trump had been libeled, though it may not be. That will be decided by that future trial, not by our wannabe ANF Legal Experts.

She wasn't ruling on the merits of the case itself, OBVIOUSLY, as it's yet to be heard, and she couldn't, and wouldn't, make any such suggestion, as your hysteria compels you to claim someone was. The hearing about whether the case had sufficient basis to move forward.

But since ABC lost the motion to dismiss the case outright, and the judge ruled it CAN proceed to trial, then Trump does have a chance of winning that trial. You can remain awake nightly worrying about that. Why not submit your own amicus curiae?

I think Harris should agree to debate him where ever and whenever she can. She end up looking strong by accepting a debate on hostile ground. Why not? She will beat him regardless. He is very scared, and he should be. He is losing the plot, getting more senile, incoherent, and wierd by the day, plus he is very, very old.

On top of that, he is so lacking in creativity and intelligence. He is a broken record. Same thing every speech. Except when he rambles about sharks, and Hannibal. That is actually his idea of a joke. Nobody laughs. He is so narcissistic, he does not even know when he is not funny, which he never is, as he does not have the capacity, or creative juice for humor.

Harris/Walz is a formidable ticket. I predict a victory by at least 11 million votes, and a 20 delegate margin. Then, time for Trump to disappear into humiliation and disgrace. And take his toxic family with him. He will become irrelevant after his second defeat.

But Trump wasnt 'strong' when his debate(s) was held on hostile ground?

No, you don't have a clue. Her honeymoon and VP bump have already been factored in.

STILL no press conference, as the Democratic nominee? WOT? Hee.

When your opponent is flailing, she shouldn't get in the way with press conference. Strategically wise.

If it were the correct assumption. But it's merely for basically the same reason Biden stayed hidden whenever possible and read from a teleprompter. Then when the truth outs, the fall can be quite sudden.

Satirical:

Biden works better with a more intimate crowd like a town hall meeting.

No, Biden's suffering from dementia, as personal interviewers have surmised. He had his chance for any size audience he wished at the debate, town hall if desired. Kamala's simply incoherent and not very bright. This WAS widely recognized but now that she's all they got, she's being furiously reinvented, while hidden so's not so spoil the media illusion.

In the lead? And just where are you getting that information from? What is the propaganda source? 5-5…5

How about you post some links of your own that show Trump is leading?

Biden suffering from dementia, but Trump is healthy. Sure. Kamala is not very bright, Trump is intelligent. Sure.

So she shouldn't hesitate for a second to accept the debate with Trump on Fox, right? She's even been afraid to hold a press conference. Now she's talking about an "interview" with some hack pundit from the fake press.

She's starting to backpedal, however, after being under relentless attack. We'll see what happens. Trump's also beginning to seem possibly more flexible to get her on the debate stage with him.

She’s not going to let trump make it a circus,I know you are a big star whereas I’m just a regular guy that being said I’d strongly advise the felon to be very very careful with what he’s wishing for.kamala Harris was a prosecutor and the attorney general for the state of California trump is a convicted felon she will chew him up and spit out the bones.as an experienced jurist she will pick the court.that court will not be in the center of a trump rally or in front of a trump group of hecklers.it will be done in a professional controlled manner.as it should be.

Should be no problem, she's that good, right? She should be able to turn things right around, like she did with Tulsi Gabbard.

And so it would be on Fox, just as it was the last time Fox moderated.

Learned that from Biden. 🙂 But he couldn't hide forever, and neither can she.

Polls are trending her way too. No hurry to ape Trump's desire to be in the spotlight.

Honeymoon and VP bump anticipated. She's very much in the spotlight at scripted rallies already. It's speaking without a teleprompter and having to answer hardball questions that she fears.

With 77 days remaining in the election trump says they should have 76 debates  and they should all be held at Mar-a-Lago :cheesy:

Nothing has really change for Trump as all his rallies and press conferences have been disastrious and shows how panicky he is.

Just more nonsense. Soon as I pop one balloon full of lies, you'll just blow up another one. I leave you in your delusions.

Presidential historians, across the board from Democrats to Republicans, disagree strongly with you:

That was fun reading, but pretty lightweight as a serious study. It was an opinion poll, nothing more. They put Harrison 15 places above Trump - a man who served for only one month! That in itself discredits the whole method. It’s a fluff piece.

Wait until she starts doing real interviews. It will all crumble like Biden after the debate.

What a shame if Harris becomes the first female president. You wait all that time, so many brilliant women in America and then you get a cackling DEI imbecile.

Of course it is. Although I doubt very much if your reaction had been the same had they put Trump in the top five. Then it probably would have been a brilliant piece of academic work.

So much hate (completely unfounded, by the way) is very bad for your health. You do know that, don’t you? It’s going to eat you up inside, if you’re not careful.
