lelapin Posted August 11, 2024 Posted August 11, 2024 I have had my TX9 Android box for just over 3 years and wondered if it is time to change it as technology may have improved since then. I get a small amount of buffering when watching my IPTV but realize that this may be due to my internet connection. I am over 80 so please be gentle with your responses.

IPTV is not particularly demanding, so for just that, perhaps one might not bother. Though from memory, it was one of those boxes often sold on fake specs. Perhaps with 1 or 2GB of RAM, but sold as 8GB. Perhaps 8GB of storage, but sold as 128GB and Android 7.1 but sold as Android 10 to 12. Whether you chose to replace it depend on whether you think that you need something better.
