It seems you have had experiance of Kuwaiti people in Thailand.

Or are you just speculating from reports on the media?

If you pull a gun and not actually shoot it, don't be surprised when someone either takes the gun from you, or beats you to death.

That´s correct. I always anticipate that 90% of all showing a gun is not ready or strong enough to use it. They just need it as a dick solid pathetic reason. It usually takes 20 seconds to define that person.

I have experienced Kuwaiti people in Thailand, Sweden and bigger part of EU. @KhunBENQ is totally solid with his argument.

What experience do you have?

his anger toward the Kuwaiti tourists was driven by the recent incident regarding an altercation between a large group of Kuwaiti tourists and Thai men

I look forward to my morning dose of Kuwaiti news each and every day.

Be that as it may, if you hear about some people of a certain nationality behaving badly, and then go and threaten random people of that same nationality with a gun, wishing to get some sort of revenge on "one of them", you're a racist psychopath.

It's one thing to target a nationality.  It's another to target people who are misbehaving, and they turn out to be of a specific nationality.

A dead friend ? So obviously he can't be trusted. Lock him up  for 2 years no ifs or buts.

Come on Government get your act together, mandatory sentencing please.

Why does Thailand's tourist scene just attract scum from all corners of the country?

be cause Thailand's tourist scene is chaotic unregulated mess of corruption and criminal activity. that is an essence of thai tourism: from snake oil "magic cures" to Walking street and damaged boats.
