Sunblock

Featured Replies

Which one do you use, if any. Also as it got confusing due to the packaging. In 7 11 I could only find vitamins for skin with sunscreen, skin whitening with screen block etc. I just want a straightforward  sunblock. I can no longer find the Nivea one.

Banana Boat is what I use.

Seems to be available in many pharmacies.

I have very fair skin and burn easily. I use ‘NIVEA SUN Extra Protection Daily Glow Essence Serum, 50 SPF PA+++’ for every day use. I don’t think it’s a dedicated sun screen like Banana Boat, but it works for me, and is less expensive than a dedicated sun screen. If I’m on the beach or going in the water (ocean or pool) I wear a long-sleeve rash guard. Also have a ‘Patagonia Surf Brimmer Hat’ that I sometimes use when in or around the water.

Never, ever go in the sun......best way.....if I have to, I wear a rice farmers hat and don't hang about.

Biore UV Body Care Serum for Neck and Body

Bore UV Aqua Rich for Face (Seen many good reports of efficacy)

Aqua Rich goes on and is less greasy or noticeable

If you’re looking for a no-fuss sunblock, try the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen. It’s really straightforward and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling.
