Maybe the red butterflies, see above, are responsible. You never know.

Possible but more likely:

"Less than 10% of their daylight hours are spent in sedentary activities, compared with 54% in industrial populations"

"The researchers found that only 14% of the calories they eat are from fat, compared with 34% in the US. Their foods are high in fibre and 72% of their calories come from carbohydrates, compared with 52% in the US"

When it comes to cooking, traditionally, there is no frying

Do the men stay erect into old age?

Yes especially over 55, cardiovascular disease causes ED issues

Everyone knows that bacon and sausages , processed foods etc are not healthy.

But I am willing to give up a year or two to enjoy my life while I am here; Gonna die anyway. I am with the Buddha on this ....the middle way. Moderation in all things. A little of what you fancy does you good., ( As long as its only a little. )

Ah you are so sweet. Thanks for the kind words. And good advice. A breakfast sandwich it is with 3 slices of bacon , egg and tomato. Yummy.

But for the bread, that’s a healthy breakfast.

I love bacon.

It's not as unhealthy as they say...it's got protein I believe

I wonder why many say the eggs bacon sausage etc breakfast is unhealthy?

Years ago, certain research numbers were fudged to suggest that those types of food were unhealthy and to be consumed only in limited quantities.  There’s all sorts of more recent studies showing the so-called food pyramid has it all wrong and that’s why people now seem to have more health problems than ever.  You’re better off staying away from sugars, carbohydrates, seed oils, and processed foods.

Nope, the problem is people are too stupid to differentiate between good carbs, rice, potato etc and bad carbs, pizza, deep fried chips, pastries

Indeed, it is mostly <deleted>. Everything in moderation. We should probably eat like our ancestors did and how we evolved... a bit of this and that as opposed to a seven course meal where ALL food types are piled on top of one another along with a cigarette and copious amounts of alcohol. The digestive system doesn't know what to do with it all and stuffs it here and there. But yes, meats and oils are good, but high temp, crappy oil high wrong fat cooking ain't. Stress trumps all and will age you faster than anything however.

What is bad about a pizza? Bread, yes not too good for you so get thin base ones, tomato sauce, made with fresh tomatoes, some mushrooms, onions, a bit of ham, and some cheese.

Pizza isn't really known as a healthy food, about 11% fat, each slice about 250 calories, depends how many slices you eat, normally people stuff their faces, can be high in salt and sugar so won't taste salty. I haven't had a pizza for years but if if i still wanted them I'd do one a month max

I was talking about making my own pizzas. 11% fat depends on how much cheese and type of topping. I suggested mushrooms, onions which are fat free. OK, if you go for 4 x cheeses, then up you go. A thin crust is no worse than a couple of slices of bread.
