He has criticized the country and also the British royal family. Told countless lies for his 30 pieces of silver. Let the Queen go to her grave believing that people thought her family was racist. Publicly insulted his brother, and his brother's and fathers wife. Sold out his own family for a jezebel.

I have to say it was fascinating to see that so long after the war of Independence the Democrats were still prepared to roll over backwards and break their own visa rules for a self confessed, drug taking British Prince. I guess old habits die hard. Let's hope Trump doesn't reverse that decision, we don't want him back.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth made it very clear that a "six months in UK, six months in California split" was out of the question. I doubt very much whether The King will change that, especially after what he (Harry) has said and published about his wife Queen Camilla.

 

The Prince of Wales is absolutely implacably opposed to his return for similar reasons.

 

Harry burnt his bridges very publicly and very deliberately. The debris and ashes have long since floated away. He is where he deliberately put himself, on the far bank.

 

As for his friends and aides, well I am sure that someone will pick him up from the airport, and maybe let him sleep on their couch for a few weeks, but any influence they may have had rather evaporated when he began his antics. 

 

It is a hard truth, but his family don't want him, and the British people don't want him; it now looks rather like America, and his wife, don't particularly want him either. A right Royal mess, entirely of his own making. His family have wiped their shoes and moved on.

The duties he used to carry out have all been taken up by others without complaint; and they are doing a fantastic job to carry on in the same serve the nation without complaint manner exemplified by the late Queen.  He has nothing to offer and will only create further splits and tension as he tries to reinstate himself as a 'prince'.  He's made his decision, but he cannot show the strength or moral courage to stick with it.

He was an adult, all grown up, married with a baby on they way.

 

He was big enough and old enough to make up his own mind.

 

Before the split I would think that he sought the opinions and advice of his family and then made his decision.

 

Whether it was the right or wrong decision, it was his alone to make, probably involving his wife.

 

possibly if he had left quietly without insulting his family, he and his children may have been welcomed back, quietly, into the family. But his wife would most likely not be welcomed.

 

I believe that before the marriage, his wife had aspirational dreams that she would be a "fairytale" Princess and perhaps even be a Queen one day. She probably had no idea how hard the work would be, nor of the hours that have to be put in nor of the fact that at some point they would have to entertain, with a smile, people that she might not like, or even detest without complaint.

 

He made his bed and he has to lie in it, like it or not.

 

That is my opinion anyway.

Further, always seemed to me that his wife was quite ignorant of the royal ways / rules / lifestyle and that if she wanted in she would need to comply and need to fully realize / learn that the rules etc., are not flexible.

 

But she seemed to believe she could change the rules. Ignorant.

multiple guns. My ex father in law nad 6 rifles, and about 6 revolvers, as his wife had a small one as well.

He was a deputy sherrif at times, but a typical American.

Exactly. The trust is gone.

 

I'd be checking him for wires every time I met him and even then I'd be concerned about another book the next time he meets a bit of skirt with a personality disorder. 

 

Best to cut him off. He's hasn't so much crossed the line as launched himself over it on the back of an RPG.
