Hi there, after showering over the last week I suspect I have anal warts. I can't think of any reason why as I live with a female partner so no other sexual activity takes place. The only thing that comes to mind is the fact I've been going to a massage shop in Pattaya. No sex takes place but as I have an oil massage I shower after each massage. I was just thinking if I do have anal warts maybe I caught them off of a towel supplied. If anyone in this forum has had anal warts how did you treat it. I'm looking for the easiest method and if need be a doctor will be the last resort. Thanks.

I doubt it would be from a towel.

 

Do you trust your girlfriend and what does she do for a living?

Had you considered you might have caught them from a toilet seat? I believe that's the traditional way of contracting sexually transmitted diseases.

 

You really need to get these professionally diagnosed and be told the recommended treatment approach for your particular warts (if that's what they are) - there are many different treatment options.

 

Incidentally, you also need to stop having sex with your partner (if you do) since HPV (the virus that causes these warts) is very transmissible and may cause cervical cancer.

You must get an accurate diagnosis first then proceed based on that knowledge.

Have you got any photos?

If they genital warts then it's a case of getting them frozen off, if they were somewhere else you could apply something to get rid of them.

 

You could leave them, you have the virus and will still have it after the warts are removed

Including simple hemorrhoids.
