A 23-year-old Belgian man caused havoc at the Pak Kret Police Station after being detained for erratic behavior on a Bangkok expressway. The incident, which occurred on September 24, saw Mr. Van Mullem Wout, under the influence of alcohol, engage in a series of disruptive acts, including defecating on the station floor and stripping down to his underwear to mock officers. The chaotic episode began when expressway officers reported a foreign man running on the highway, and fearing for his safety, a patrol unit was dispatched to pick him up, later identifying him as the Belgian national, Mr. Wout. After arriving at the station, he initially calmed down and rested for an hour, but soon afterward, the situation escalated. Wout began to defecate in the police station, filling the area with a foul odour. Officers attempted to escort him to clean up, but instead, he snuck behind the station, stripped down to just his underwear, and began dancing and teasing the officers. Exhausted from his antics, he eventually collapsed on the steps of a nearby police flat. Authorities quickly moved to dress him and calm him down. At around 08:00, Wout crossed over to Horwang Nonthaburi School, located opposite the station, but was promptly followed and apprehended again. He was placed in a holding cell to sober up. In the wake of the bizarre disturbance, immigration authorities were contacted to take further action and handle the case according to legal procedures. -- 2024-09-24 1 25

No mention of cannabis in the OP so why you chose to write "reefer madness" is anybody's guess It clearly stated that he was under the influence of alcohol, Why would you be suggesting he should drink more,? I think he's in enough trouble 3 5 1 6

Over on the Chinese language version of Aseanow the Chinese are asking why do they let these filthy farangs into Thailand on easy visas and that it serves the Thais right for letting the farangs in.
