Sean "Diddy" Combs Accused in New Lawsuit of Violent Rape and Recording Without Consent

In a new legal development, music industry titan Sean "Diddy" Combs faces fresh allegations of sexual assault and misconduct. Thalia Graves has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York, accusing Combs and his bodyguard of violently assaulting and raping her in 2001 at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. The legal claim alleges that the incident occurred under disturbing circumstances, including the secret filming of the attack.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs sued by woman claiming he raped her, recorded sexual abuse

This lawsuit follows the arrest of Combs on unrelated federal charges last week, where he was accused of being involved in a prostitution and sex trafficking operation dating back to at least 2008. In her suit, Graves states that, at the time of the alleged assault, she was dating one of Combs' employees. She recounts how she was “lured” into a meeting under the pretense of discussing her boyfriend's employment situation, only to be met by Combs and his bodyguard. Graves alleges that she was given a drink that had been tampered with and subsequently lost consciousness. When she awoke, she discovered that she had been bound, leading to the violent attack described in the lawsuit.

Neither Combs nor his bodyguard has responded to these recent claims. The Journal has reached out to both for comment but has yet to receive a reply. The lawsuit outlines harrowing details of the event, with Graves alleging that she was brutally assaulted and raped by the two men, resulting in severe physical reactions, including vomiting and involuntary defecation.

Graves, who was 25 years old at the time of the incident, has lived with the trauma of this event for over two decades.

However, it wasn't until November 2023 that she discovered the attack had been secretly filmed and distributed, without her consent, as pornography. This shocking revelation added another layer of emotional distress to an already horrific experience. Speaking at a press conference in Los Angeles, Graves described the long-lasting emotional and psychological damage she continues to endure, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and difficulties with sexual intimacy.

"Some of the hardest parts of this pain are the shame and the guilt I have experienced," Graves said, speaking through tears at the press conference. In her legal pursuit, she seeks compensatory damages for both the physical and emotional harm inflicted upon her. Additionally, she has asked the court to order the destruction of all copies of the video and to ensure that the defendants can no longer distribute or publish the footage.

Attorney Gloria Allred, representing Graves, expressed determination to seek justice for her client. “We want justice for her, and we are looking forward to winning it. It is long overdue for those who have caused her to suffer to be held accountable,” Allred stated. She also mentioned that while this is the first lawsuit she has filed against Combs, she is representing other alleged victims of his actions.

Just last week, Combs was indicted by a federal grand jury, with charges relating to a racketeering conspiracy that included sex trafficking, forced labor, and kidnapping. The indictment accuses him of coercing and abusing women for years, though Graves' allegations are separate from the criminal charges. However, her case is not isolated, as numerous other individuals have come forward in recent months with lawsuits accusing Combs of sexual misconduct, drugging, and even recording these assaults without the victims' knowledge.

The legal pressure is mounting on the hip-hop mogul, who has long held an influential role in the entertainment industry. As more individuals come forward with accusations, the scrutiny surrounding Combs continues to intensify. Graves’ lawsuit is another significant chapter in what appears to be a growing number of serious allegations against him.

  • My question was why didn't she report it when it happened? Too many women jump on the gravy train 20 years later when there's a likelihood of a big payout, eg, Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein, Marilyn Ma

  • Of course a woman has never falsely accused a man of rape before.😉

  • Believe all women  except for this one  Tara Reade https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-65764319   They should report it as soon as it happens not 25 years later.

If there is evidence of this then Combs needs to be locked away for a very long time. If there is a tape as she suggests then it should be very easy to prove.

I also hope it is not another case like that awful Giuffre woman in the Prince Andrew case. She came out of the woodwork to "stop this happening to anyone else" until she got the multi million pound payout and swiftly disappeared again.

Let's hope all the yacht girls/Pros that were paid handsomely for their "services" do not start crying rape in the hope of a payout and diminish the suffering felt by the real victims of Combs, of which I have no doubt there are many.

Already have one woman reporting he raped her 23 years ago, why didn't she report it then?

if a woman do not report, it was not a rape? I do not think you understand what a rape is, and the consequenses involved reporting it.

Reporting a rape, is often just degenerating yourself, there is nothing to gain, but now? There could be a reward in the end, and of course revenge. That's why. Also collateral support and understanding as well acceptance, while back then standing alone being accused for lying, and your personal life ripped apart.

More horrific cases coming to light in this report. Another 7 or more women:

Liza Gardner accused Combs and R&B crooner Aaron Hall of plying her with drinks and then forcing her to have sex with them against her will when she was 16 years old. She also claimed that Combs had visited her home the next day and choked her until she passed out.

Ms Ventura had inspired her to speak out, alleged Combs had "intentionally drugged" and raped her when she was a Syracuse University student in 1991, and had made her a victim of revenge porn by filming the assault and showing it to others.

Why did she wait? Humiliation. People putting her down as a good time girl.

Why come forward now?: A video is more humiliating and on a longer term basis.

If the video exists, game over.

I'm not saying, but you wish everyone is lying. Why so many jump to those conclusions, each and one of you know, I do not.

Because money brings out the worst in people, they lie for it and kill for it.

Well, we have to leave it up to the court system, dont we?

The vultures are coming out for a pay day.

It was the same with Jeffrey Epstein, all of a sudden scores of women turned up, lured by the fact that Epstein's private fortune was to be distributed among the victims. So being a victim was an exceptional pay day, indeed it made Virgina Giuffre a cool 2 million USD, she now lives in a Villa in Australia. Even women with almost no connection to Epstein tried and failed to jump on the victim train.

No doubt we'll see a lot more women claiming Sean Coombs raped them.

I fear he will also be "Epsteined"  to prevent the list of clients emerging.

How odd, she reported the rape to police but there was never a rape trial.

How is that even possible?

I see analogies with the laptop..evidence wilfully ignored.

She should have sued Biden in a civil case like Carroll did. Her allegation was even older.

Yes but in one case the  state law was retroactively back dated for  a period of one year to allow ancient  claims to resurrect and proceed to trial.

Not everyone tells the truth, you'd have to be pretty naive to believe that they do.

He was also a woman beater, displaying extreme violent behavior, captured on cctv for the world to see. He's scum

Men with a great deal of power, wealth, and influence have been abusing women for thousands of years. This appears to be just another instance of that, an incredibly sick man taking advantage of women just because he could.

If they can prove it if, if there is sufficient evidence, sufficient witness testimony, a life in prison would not be too harsh a punishment for this tiny insect of a man.

A man in his position has access to as much action as he can ever handle, for him to force himself on women and manipulate them to the extent that it appears he has, is truly unforgivable.

Back in 2010 or 2011 I met this American girl in Khao San Road who said she worked for Combs for a year. She mentioned that he spends exorbitant amounts of money on parties and that he's very arrogant and a massive rectal orifice. She didn't mention any illegal stuff, though.
