I guess reading Breitbart is so much better. Or maybe not?

I guess we just have to choose our truths and stick to them, makes life easier.

I watch documentaries and Like 60 min for their interview form where people is given time to answer the questions.

Never known it to be like it is now, the quality of journalism has been down the drain for more than 10 years, well I should say the news websites and papers meaning the owners and editors who seek sensational headlines and offer little substance.

I never read that, but sometimes I can't even read the main newspaper in NZ as it's just the same BS as the MSM news on tv.

When I was able to watch the Australian tv channel in Thailand ( it got removed for some reason ), I used to always watch the current affairs show ( forget the name ) that had a panel answering questions. I liked that sort of news show, which was better than just being assailed by journalists opinions.

Too much news is bad for mental health.

I recently started a "no news" after dinner practice. That includes forums. Saying that, I think that forums and "social media" are far more dangerous.

In the evening I only consume entertaining/funny stuff.

When a mate living in Thailand(!) bombards me with bad news from back home I mute him.

There are exactly two news from home country that I follow:

pension (rise) and value of the Euro.
