 Really. Is he a friend of yours? You seem to know his life story. For all you know he  might of been an IT worker. Well compensated and seemingly functional. Sometimes they just lose it. How would anyone know otherwise?

I am from a country that can see when a person is acting strangely. 

Then we try and determine why.

Often we find that the person has taken a substance that is causing the person to act strangely. 

I have read of many situations like this in Thailand recently since drugs became more available on the streets.

It is no laughing matter to be honest with you

In the 90 ties there were drug gangs from Denmark and Sweden and due to cooperation between the Nordic and Thai police they were taken out of existence.

Perhaps it's you that needs to keep up.

The problem with quoting people's "nationality" these days is with the mass migration into the west there are lots of people who have little if any connection to the country whose passport they now carry.

I am me what's it got to do with you? I've been here for 13 years (not a few years). I didn't say he had MH problems I said he might have which would have to be taken into account. Get a passport , buy a ticket , get to the airport , pass through security , sit 10 hours on a plane , get off and pass through immigration check , make their way into the city , check into a hotel and then.....and only then, after all that effort .......go bananas ??

Yes, that is why the immigration department want to check on your continued qualification every 90 days.
