  I wonder how this works if the bikes are financed and then seized by the police. I guess the guy who financed the bikes will stop paying for the bikes which they don't have. And will the finance company get the seized bikes from the police? How does that work?

Condo with good security

Does anyone have a recommendations for a good rented condo in the Pattaya area. i) 40 - 60 sq. m. ii) happy to be well away from downtown, 10 km away is not a problem iii) maximum rental budget 16000 Baht per month iv) good security for parking is a must. I have a nice motorbike. Thanks for any suggestions.
