47 minutes this morning from submitting 90 day online application to receiving "Approved" email.
The quickest I've had previously has been 3 days.

Well done Thai Immigration, can you try and apply the same ethos to the extension of stay procedures?

Also submitted mine this am, seeing your post logged on to check the progress and saw that, although I didn't beat your time, it had been approved in 61 minutes.

Wow !

If it's only "minutes" for approval it sounds like it's automated 😉

I'm sure it will disappoint you again,  give it  time.

Change immigration office and it can be a very different story.

Talking about immigration offices, It would have been useful if @Cardano and @terryq had indicated at what office they had their excellent experience.

It's almost a pleasure to use this office after using Jomtien for years, most of the staff are genuinely very helpful.

Thank you.

Good to see that the improvement in service is in more than one office
