A fire broke out at the Thai Beverage Recycling Co., Ltd. factory in Pathum Thani late on November 15, prompting an urgent response from authorities. Over 20 fire engines were deployed to tackle the blaze, which caused significant damage to the facility but, fortunately, resulted in no injuries or fatalities.

The fire was reported at approximately 22:30 at the factory located in Moo 3, Bang Khu Wat Subdistrict, Mueang District, Pathum Thani. Pol. Lt. Udomkiat Jangma, Deputy Inspector of Pathum Thani Police Station, and Pol. Col. Wiwat Assawawiboon, Superintendent of Pathum Thani Police Station, immediately coordinated efforts with firefighters from Bang Khu Wat Municipality and nearby areas.

The fire engulfed a warehouse used to store both glass bottles, cardboard and paper, creating intense flames that posed a risk of spreading to surrounding areas. Firefighters worked using multiple water-lines to contain the fire and prevent further damage. After more than about two hour of intense effort, the flames were brought under control.

Pol. Col. Wiwat Assawawiboon confirmed that the fire originated inside the warehouse. Fortunately, no employees were working at the time of the incident, and no injuries or fatalities were reported.

Authorities have requested forensic investigators from the Police Forensic Science Center 1 to examine the site to determine the cause of the fire. Further details about the extent of the damage and potential hazards will be released following a thorough investigation.
