Looks like one of the fraudulent clowns has left the big top.   Note: this picture has not been edited or manipulated to make her look like a clown, this is genuinely how she looks.

Great to see the first of the fraudsters out.

Rachel "from accounts" Reeves would also resign if she had any decency after the blatant lies on her CV.

At least this sixth form student impersonator has been removed though.

I'm inclined to agree, although the rot set in a long time ago and GB's insignificance was exemplified by Brexit.

Yes, Brexit was a huge mistake, we are Europeans not Americans, there is no 'special relationship' and it's humiliating to hang on to the American coat tails like some servile lackey, our biggest market lays on our doorstep with people who think like us, people with some nobility, class and education (some of which still exists in the UK). French style and diplomacy, Italien design, British scientists and finance experts, German engineering, chemistry and physicists, we ought to be unbeatable with the right politicians but the likes of Margaret Thatcher, Helmut Schmidt, Matteo Renzi, Emmanuel Macron are gone.

Brexit is what will save us when the EU's house of cards starts to tumble.

Yeah, all those great British (???) firms and the finance to back them up are just waiting to spring into action.

Brexit is chicken feed in comparison to the damage done by the Covid over reaction, the uncontrolled border and now the Net zero nonsense with some of the highest energy bills and highest taxes on the planet.   There was a turning point a few years back with a different approach with lower taxes and high growth potential, but the political and banking classes did not want it.  So here we are.

Yes indeed. As a result of net zero, which was embraced by Johnson before Starmer/Miliband, the UK is unable to exploit its' abundant natural fuel resources. It has also failed to invest in adequate nuclear power. Combine that with the lockdowns, and an incompetent Bank of England,  and the result is an awful mess.

Agreed, nevertheless, as a life-long Tory voter, I am less than happy with their performance in office with particular reference to the immigration shambles.

Have a nice day.

If you are speaking about illegal immigration, any government the UK has will have their hands tied by international law.

If you are speaking about legal migration, most are students or workers. Universities have constantly stated they need international students to keep fees down.

Health and social care, both private and NHS, could not survive without legal immigrants, as couldn't  many other industries.

Colonization is unnecessary. The soccer teams of the UK nations have foreign managers, after all.

What is this 14 years of mis-rule tripe? People were happy with them and consequently voted them in repeatedly.

Due to their recent shambles there was a change of government, its called democracy. Democracy dictates we now have to put up with this current shower of Labour sh!t government until the next election! Its a one term government, just suck it up and hold on tight........

Not so happy really, especially after 2016, when Cameron ran away from the reality of Brexit, only to be followed by four more weak and wobbly  "leaders". The Corbin alternative was too scary and helped the cons for a while but the scarier Starmer was not identified as such, by most, until it was too late.

And here we are.

The Tories were a mess as they weren't really "conservative".  Too many woke policies, too much immigration, taxes too high, state too large, authoritarian during covid, team Globe rather than team UK and leading participants in the net zero scam.   They have also chosen another WEF globalist as a leader rather than an actual conservative as they wanted to beat the DEI drum in some kind of foolish scheme to out woke labour.

The UK is in a bit of a pickle and it seems very difficult to see how it can get out of this without scientists figuring out a way to reincarnate Maggie Thatcher.

I know Maggie was not liked by many but, yes, I was thinking of her when I wrote the post that you replied to. Thanks.

Her no-nonsense leadership was epic but finally too much for her "colleagues", after she finally saw the light and started to question the benefit (or rather not) of EU membership.

The only choice now, really.
