Can someone help with the official Thai announcement of rules regarding burning garden waste chiang-mai /Mae Rim

To make myself clear: in Thai language

Last year it started on 15 January, there has been no announcement yet this year, presumably the same.

Get it done by the end of this month 

We have tessaban restrictions that are very different to the Provincial rules, they are much tighter.

You need somebody to tell you not to burn,  okay..

 

Do not burn it ever.

Garden waste ... if you have a garden, then it's not waste.  Start a compost pile / bin.  Stop buying fertilizer / mulch.  That's also where all your non meat food scraps will be going.  Along with some paper trash, coffee filters & grounds.

And a mulcher/shredder thingy. Small electric ones are not expensive and they chop up the prunings so the bugs can do their stuff.

 

Madam also has a large petrol one, I think she's planning to dispose of bodies!
