Disgusting cigarette smell from ur neighbour

Hi folks, I’ve moved to this condo in and I’m a non smoker.

I’ve chosen this property due to the view of the beach and sea breeze.

I have this neighbour below me that frequently  smokes and i can’t keep my windows open . The smell of the cigarette is just too disgusting for me

 

There’s no regulation in this condo about being  smoke free but wouldn’t one be more considerate of their neighbors if they are living in a condo instead of a stand alone house?

Anyone experiencing this ?

If no rules or  management to handle such issues, your best option is to move. 

 

Simple as that. If there where rules, you could try to talk to your neighbor, but then, well, it comes down to pure human factors and your neighbour think it is vice to quit smoking at his balcony or not.

Do a #2 on a plate, place next to balcony edge... place fan to blow over the plate and downwards.

What is wrong with tobacco smell? I gave up smoking 10 years ago and I don't mind the smell at all.

For a non smoker, this should be the first question asked before renting.
