It's not quite like pasteurized milk and may actually be more flavousome and beneficial. Before Louis Pateur all beers were unpasteurized and many Belgian ales still are.
As long as the beer is stored well and drunk near the production date it should be fine.
The problem is, if it's just a marketing ploy and just tastes like normal Chang it will hardly be worth it.

What a joke some locals moaning about tourists breaking laws what about them riding 3-4 on a bike no helmets no insurence nothing, riding in the direcrion to oncoming traffic disregarding other users.
Change EXPORT was great before...I remember having my last few Hui Hin beach on a visit with g.f years back...sad state...it was best of the domestic beer bar none then b4 the wheatbeer appeared on the scene.
