What kind of jerk posts things like this?

What kind of jerk doesn't realise it's just humour even though I posted a smiley icon with it?

How much will you be paying for your Condo ?

If its 1.2 Million Baht , then that's the equivalent of paying  5000 Baht a month for the next 20 years .

For how much longer do you expect to live for ?

Pointless paying for 20 years rent  when  you've only got another few years left .

Could be better off renting a place

Flybirds needing refurbs, maybe all do, are 350k

I sure could not my golf budget is twice that.  That is 700 b a day lots of poor British do it with their lousy frozen pensions, so I guess it is possible.

Come and give it a try for a month.  If you get hungry, they throw a lot of food waste here I am sure the garbage cans at the malls are a gold mine.

That is 700 b a day lots of poor British do it with their lousy frozen pensions, so I guess it is possible...It HAS To Be Possible, I Don't even get that much but Somehow We My Wife & I Just about Survive but it is a Major Struggle.......

Different lifestyle from single and being two.

More homecooking, stay more home in general, and Im not partying at all almost compared to being single. There is no way if single Im staying more home alone than being out travelling and meeting up with people doing some activities or partying.

Can you live on 20k, I have worked out I will only have 20,000 baht a month to live on

It is so easy to live on that amount if you don't have to pay rent and public area fees. My wife and I spend 5,000-6,000 Baht a month and don't go without. It's easy to do. We spend another 4,000-5,000 Baht on our 28 cats per month. But we live in a small village not in a city. We have a garden and grow some of our food. From January we will add three 2m x 4m raised garden beds and grow all of our vegetables and spices/herbs organically so the expenses will drop further after the investment of wood, soil, and compost (we make most of our own compost anyway). We don't eat out in restaurants as there is no need to do so. We have more clothes than we can use in 30 more years, so we don't buy any.

Living in Flybird you will start to drink.

I see Lots of foreigners living in Flybird, drinking outside 7eleven, out front of Flybird every afternoon.

ChickyBabes would be your expense, if you're on a budget, I heard the ladyboy's are much cheaper.

Flybird is a complete replica of the infamous Nirun condo

38 cats ? Omg

I am going to be honest with you ,they kill  wildlife particularly beautiful birds so I don't like them.

But kudos to you for taking care of them

I hope you lock them in at night ,I'm not sure if you have koalas in your part of it Isaan but they can be predators to them

Thanks for your service
