Jeju Air Flight from Bangkok Skids Off Runway at Muan Airport, 28 Dead
Possibly. The thrust reverser sleeve appeared to be open, but what if that engine was not working? And maybe the engine damage earlier caused the sleeve to open. Also, if one engine had reverse thrust and other had forward thrust, wouldn't the aircraft turn violently? So tragic and worrying if a single bird strike could cause this disaster. -

Nong Khai Border Bounce. Avoid !!!
I very much doubt hoteliers in Vientiane care much about visa runners and they certainly don't dictate Thai immigration policy. This is part of a 30+-year trend to balance the promotion of mass tourism whilst restricting people staying for a long time outside of the in-country immigration system. Expect it to continue and to become tighter. The trend has been one way for a very long time. I could probably quote over 20 points at which the system has tightened up. The instruction will have come from somewhere within the Immigration Police. -

Introduction to Personal Income Tax in Thailand
Yes. Fair enough and I get your point. Would note a couple of things: First, there's no evidence to suggest any new enforcement of an old law that's had an internal interpretation change. IMO if TRD was planning to enforce any taxation system of foreign remittance, there would have been much more guidance/direction released. Second, while I'm sure FIFO would be an acceptable method, would caution you relying on (likely non sourced) advice of an agency that sprung up in October 2023 (assuming based on your other posts) , and has possibly not ever filed a Thai tax return, almost certainly not one including any foreign remitted income. What about LIFO? -

What was 2024 like for you ?
O&A more, but I think we OD'd the last 5 ish years. Can't think of where or what to see of late, and being a small country doesn't help. Got some silly ideas in my head, but once done, I'm thinking I may regret them. Either the cost (frivolous) or may tie me down to the house, and limit my O&As, that I can't think of where to go ... -
