They have copied the names of brands but changed one letter. Opp0 or Sumsang or Hua Wel etc.

They are the real brands that they advertise, i.e. they are not Oppo, Samsung etc., they are Opp0, Sumsang.  What do you expect forB2000?

Android 12

12GB RAM

10 core processor

512 GB Storage

keyboard, case and mouse

For 1600-2600 Baht.

Are the specifications real?

Or have they been manipulated to show that they are bigger and more powerful than they really are?

My eyesight has deteriorated over the last decade so I would like a large size. Some of them are 11 inches. It seems okay.

I don’t take photographs so I don’t care about camera quality. Though being able to Zoom video call family in America without lagging and jumping and freezing would be good.

Watching youtube videos without any lagging and jumping would be important.

Reading PDF books.

Browsing news websites on Chrome.

Connects to our house wifi and can connect bluetooth headphones and keyboard.

I think that would be it.

They have copied the names of brands but changed one letter. Opp0 or Sumsang or Hua Wel etc.

Has technology developed so fast that tablets with these specs can be sold so cheaply?

Or are they fake specifications?

11.6 inches, Android 13, 12GB RAM, 512GB + keyboard. 68 five star reviews many with photos. 2100 THB.

This one looks identical but is listed as 16GB RAM.

Model: pro11

System: Android 12

CPU:Snapdragon 865

Processor: Octa-core(ARM 2*A75 2.0G + 6*A55 2.0G)

GPU: G52-3EE-8core @ 850MHz

RAM:16 GB

ROM:512 GB

Package included(Official standard):

1* Realme Tablet P70

1*USB-C cable

1*charger ( 5V2A )

1*OTG connector

1*user manual

1 ×case

1 × screen protector

1 × keyboard

1 × stylus pen

1 x earphone

1x phone holder

2100THB.

Lots of 5* reviews with photos.

But the reviews are written in Thai and all the photos show tablets with Chinese characters. That is suspicious.

Are these things real? With real specifications?

Did you or your family ever buy one? How was it for the tasks listed above?

Any hardware can be configured to read fake specs, especially thumb drives. There's no way to lower the cost of basic processors or memory and still have high capacity. What I do is open a translation to English tab and copy/paste the Thai descriptions and reviews. Bear in mind that most customers are not tech savvy and may not even know they bought trash.

What does that have to do with them using the GENUINE MI logo? Conveniently ignoring that fact in so that you can carry on with your idiotic arguing?

Actually, it isn't MI's logo, it is the logo that MI use. It isn't copyrighted and is free for anyone to use. 🙂

This image, which consists of simple geometric shapes , is not subject to copyright and is therefore in the public domain because it can be easily reproduced, is not owned by anyone, and no one can claim ownership.

My experience of cheap tablets.

I bought 2 for the grand children.

They worked just fine for 4 months,

Then the trouble started, but the main issue was the battery would no longer hold charge, and there was nowhere to get a replacement. This happened to both within a week of each other.

Result: binned !

Stay with mainstream items that can be worked on and parts easily and readily available.

As my Old man used to say "buy cheap buy twice"

I just looked on that website.

Do Android require payment for companies to use them, similar to windows? Or is Android free to use for everybody?

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/2024-xiaoml-m15-12-16gb1024gb-20000mah-2-5g-android-gaming-i5193374037-s22059911162.html?

The question is about the specifications.

Snapdragon 870

Octa-core (ARM 2*A75 2.5G + 6*A55 2.0G)

G52-3EE-8core @850MHz

Ram: 16GB

Rom: 1024GB

2200THB

Are those specifications likely real or likely much lower and programmed to show those numbers?

Probably others will know the answer.

I am not up to date with the current specs of those devices.

Normally the newest and latest is expensive, and all the rest not so much.

They have fake names, as mentioned. They are no name copies, not brand names.

The question is if the specifications are likely real, or have been adjusted to show incorrect information.

If people have bought one, please post your experiences.

Bought one with similar specs but no brand  name October 2024 for in flight entertainment.

Not as Android 13 specs claimed. ( Somewhere Android 7 popped up )Some aspects are good such as screen quality, but camera/s are really bad. Sound  quality tinny.

Bluetooth and  wifi connectivity good. Have not used with a sim, micro sd added memory integrates ok.

Not a device I would use fulltime but to watch a movie with bluetooth speakers is ok.

The low cost electronics are often made using recycled parts from discarded equipment. There is also a high risk of the equipment being infected with spyware.

Look at this from the perspective of  a criminal. You want access to people's information or their electronics from which you can engage in cloaked criminal activity, e.g. hijacking the  equipement to access others.

If it is too good to be true, walk away, especially from the Chinese manufactured brands.

Neeed an illustration? Look at how Israel infiltrated the Hezbollah  pager and laptops by offering what appeared to be legitimate equipment. It was, but included special spyware in addition to IED. It was a long term operation that delivered. The equipment was sold at a financial loss.

Thank you for the information.

It would be for watching youtube with bluetooth headphones, surfing the net, and possible family Skype calls to America. There would be no need to insert a sim card either, or to store files on it.

Stay away from that junk.

A decent tablet for your needs doesn't have to break the bank these days.

You can pick up something around the 5000 Baht range.

People should note that the main brands spend huge amounts on advertizing and marketing, which you pay for at the register.

The price you pay isn't reflective of the cost of manufacture.

Thank you.

Take a look at a Doogee U9/10.... and stop being silly.

Should have genuine specs, Widevine L1 support and Rheinland Low Blue Light certification.. Around 3k.
