Thai tax tangle: Expats warned of new rules on overseas income
It's even simpler than that. If you have no assessable income (whether by DTA or LTR, whatever), you don't need to file a tax return because the TRD mandated threshold for filing is assessable income of 60K/120K/220K (reference previously quoted in this very thread.) -

Russian Father Throws Son from Speedboat Near Surin Islands, Leading to Fatality
My observation was that the father threw his son over the bow [front] of the boat as it was nearing [moving] towards the shore-line. I think the son was taken under the boat and was injured as the stern of the boat with propellers going over him, thus the injuries... I think the father made a terrible mis-judgement in his actions, one which he will remember for the rest of his life. -

Hegseth has been confirmed.
A bottom of the barrel, wholly unqualified, morally bankrupt man now leads one of the biggest and most important departments in the US government. Good job Don Don, you sure know how to pick them. -

Hegseth has been confirmed.
Faculty untrue, though it’s understood that those who are triggered by the media cannot understand this having their heads stuck in the media bubble. Ms. Wiles insists she is not concerned about Mr. Trump’s most provocative cabinet picks, including Pete Hegseth, his choice to run the Defense Department. Mr. Hegseth, a military veteran who has been accused by a woman of sexual assault, which he has denied, has no experience leading an agency of nearly three million people. “That’s what staff is for,” Ms. Wiles said briskly. “It’s our obligation to give him people that understand the business of national defense.” To Ms. Wiles, Mr. Hegseth is one of Mr. Trump’s desired “disrupters” of the status quo, just like his choice of Tulsi Gabbard as director of national intelligence and Mr. Kennedy as the secretary of health and human services. The president-elect, she said, “would rather have a disrupter at the top and buttress the disrupter with people who know the business or the agency. That’s the idea. And so if you think of it that way, it explains all of them.” from NY Times via https://archive.ph/lDmIO -
