Luggage Handle Repair Bangkapi

Featured Replies

My telescopic handle on my luggage has snapped and M&S won't get me a new one.

Any suggestions for a repair near me? I tried Mr Bag Fix and they couldn't do it.

Has it completely snapped or just deformed?

I had the same issue. I took it to bag repairers but they only wanted leather stitching and the like. Remarkably as it had only deformed I gave it a hefty whack and it bounced back into shape. The only similar thing I have seen is mechanics pulling a dent out of the bodywork of a damaged car. It is still working fine today.

Apologies - pigging backing on this thread...     a repair shop could be the same.

I need the handle on my North Face bag fixed - it just requires a hex-bolt and screw...  But I'm not sure where can do this, though ideally, I'd just buy the screws and fix it myself.

This thread brings up these options for a baggage repair.

This shop seems recommend (not cheap - but does the job apparently)

I'm wondering where I can get these sorts of screws from (and the blank bolt at the reverse side).

Would N Face not be the first port of call?
