Online 90 day check during weekends

Featured Replies

As the title says, my question is, are online 90 day checks approved during weekends? I know immigration is closed during the weekends, but will the online requests still be handled?

My deadline is on the 12th, that's this Sunday, and as of now, my status is still pending somehow. It usually takes 2 days for me, never longer, but this time, right when it might become a problem if they wait longer, they actually did wait longer...

What was the reason it got rejected, if you're ok to share?

I had one time, I made a typo in my passport number and it seemed to be rejected almost instantly. Not sure if it's partly automated.

Submitted mine online on Monday. Got approval Wednesday afternoon.

When did you make the online application?

On the 8th. A bit late as this time I forgot about it by accident. But as I checked the history, it has always been approved within 2 days max.

So 4 days prior to due date.

Some offices have window 15 days prior till 7 days prior.

Apparently your office can do online up to due date.

Do not really understand point of thread.

Many folk receive approval/rejection on weekends.

If it's approved good if not you can do the TM47 up to 7 days after due date in person.

As immigration offices are closed for walk ins, the point was whether this also will be the case for online applications. As I haven't experienced this yet, because I'm always on time, I didn't know. Couldn't really find any information on this anywhere.

For in person it has grace period. Can report up to 7 days after due date. Weekend does not come into play.

Online reports can be approved AFTER due date.

Out of interest which immigration office do you use that has a 2 day turn around for approval and allows application up to due date.

3 posts above have indicated that results have been approved over weekend.

Also I posted they can be approved/rejected AFTER due date.

That's it..

In Nonthaburi. It's usually pretty fast compared to what I've seen from others.

For one of my visits for in person reports after rejection for no reason .....I asked io reason why.

She replied "need to wait 15 days +"

I gave up online long ago.

I did one in person Nov 5 and going to try an online 15 days early for next report.

Thinking my chance is poor.

This is a first for me at least, but maybe its been reported here before? I have been on their web site Pending for seven days yet on 7th day waiting get an automated email from them to apply!

Based on reports here, near-instantaneous approval,  some offices appear to have an automated process.

My most recent on-line 90-day report indicates some off-hours activity...

CW

filed Sunday 8 Dec ~ 07:30

approved Monday, 9 Dec ~ 08:00

Similar to me before:

CW
filed Sunday 20Oct - 8am

approved Monday 21Oct - 6.41am

but this time its different 8 days pending! Haven't moved or traveled since last time.

Out of interest what's your plan if rejected. Report in person?

Some folk that have never been to the Zoo aka CW don't realize it can be a troublesome visit.

Which is why there is an option to do it in person without going to CW  🙂

How does someone do a TM47 without going in person if their office is CW and online was rejected

Yes they can use agent. That's an option.

I was quoting a guy that deals with CW.

As I posted previously, you can do it in person at Bumrungrad.

🙂

You said that your reporting date was the 12th. Is that correct? Then why are you worrying about it? You've done your report correctly within the timeframe, so it's up to Immigration now.

Sit back and enjoy Sunday.

Basically equivalent to using an agent.

As Tod Daniels points out in another thread.....

"You can slog on over to Bumrungrad Hospital 10th floor business center, they'll do a 90 day report for you for 650 baht and then you pick up your passport from them a few days later"

So two trips and 650b. Would suggest most would opt for same day service at CW. Esp if can obtain an appointment.

I booked an online appointment as a backup plan. The earliest date I could get was 4 days over the 7 day limit, so I'll do that if online fails to approve.

I am hoping to get the online approved and then I cancel the in person appointment. I don't like doing appointments as it takes up others space, but my friend recently spent several hours in person at CW doing the 90 day report as there were no appointment slots, and due to the crowds he came away with a bad cold virus that took him out for a further two weeks to recuperate!

Exactly what I would have done FWIW.

I once ran into guy at CW doing report in person. Wouldn't believe it his online was approved during his trip to CW

If the date falls on a weekend to complete your reporting or applications or anything. They give you to the first business day after to do it. So you have until Monday to complete it following the 12th.
