Buying a villa in bangsean

I currently have a property in the south east part of Thailand , but visit bangsean regularly to play golf and enjoy the beach.

Shortly I should have some spare cash available (5m Bhat )  and I am thinking about buying a villa in or near Bangsean.  Not interested in condo , would possibly consider a house .

 

What's the best way to go about this  and find information about villa's that are up for sale in the bangsean area

Best to go and scout the area as there are so many developments around Bangsaen, old and new. Good luck with your search. I like Bangsaen although at weekends and Thai holidays the beach area gets packed to the brim with locals holidaying and traffic gets pretty bad too!
