He will make an excellent Secretary of State. 

As for the links, some work and some don't.  I've tested most of my posted links.  They work fine until posted on AN.  It's becoming very frustrating.  Not a good deal for AN advertisers who pay for an anticipated audience.

I don't agree with some of his policy positions especially about him not being strong enough about defense of Ukraine, but can't expect great agreement with any republican.

He's well qualified.

The vast majority of Trump's picks are not qualified at all.

It would be a dream if all of his picks were as qualified as Rubio.
