I think that obnoxious vegan lecturing you and demanding you change what you eat lives mostly in your brain.  I would bet real money you have never actually had a conversation like that.

Probably not, just our local vegan troll that pops up every now & then to remind us ...

"Eating animals / meat, is disgusting, cruel & murder" :cheesy:

There are countless incidents of vegans ending up as mentally suffering people and other diseases. Total ignorant "kids"!!

"...vegans ending up as mentally suffering people..."
There are just as many stories of them starting out that way, also!

Not eaten meat or fish for 52 years but I find most vegans intolerable and intolerant. People should feel they can eat what they like without being lectured by these food fascists. The world would be better without butchers, and vegans.

I am not saying vegetarian food is bad, but India is not a vegetarian country

I never said India is a vegetarian county.

This is not a Trump thread; you can be truthful here.

Have you had McDonald's or Dominoes in India?

It was a joke Maynard, get a grip.

I said nothing of vegans, nor did I say India was a vegetarian county. What I said was: "If you want to be vegetarian, India is the place to do it.". You called me a liar.

I only said that because of how great vegetarian is in India, having worked there one week every other month for several year.

1. What percentage of veterinarians are vegetarian or vegan?

The exact percentage is difficult to pinpoint, as it varies by region and specialty. However, studies suggest that the rate is not significantly higher than the general population, and might even be lower. The shift away from vegetarianism as students progress through their veterinary programs seems to suggest that the longer a person is exposed to the realities of animal agriculture and medicine, the less likely they are to be vegan.

How many would eat meat, if they had to kill it, and butcher it themselves ?

I think I'd only eat seafood.  I've butcher deer (brother shot) and beef quarters, but I doubt if I could kill them, or even chicken / birds.

Of course I'd have no problem eating these boneless & skinless chickens ...

Along with the numerous land developers that care nothing about tearing down millions of trees to put up houses in the country where deer, rabbits, squirrels, porcupines, raccoons, and innumerable birds live, just to they can have a million dollar house in the suburbs to show off to their friends

Many animals are prone to over population, and seeing this, have to be kept within the carrying capacity of their habitat
