Swiss National Faces Visa Revocation Over Repeated Dog Attacks

A Swiss national in Prachuap Khiri Khan faces possible visa revocation after multiple incidents where his dog attacked tourists on the beach. Despite previous warnings and local regulations, Matthias repeatedly let his dog roam unleashed, leading to injuries. Authorities are gathering evidence, with a court hearing set for March 11. A public hearing is also planned to address community concerns. The district chief will propose his visa cancellation to the provincial governor and immigration officials.

Good...   This has being going on long enough.

Where I'm not usually of the "hangem high deport em" brigade - in this case he's proven that he just does not want to be a 'sociable' part of the society within which he lives.....

The dogs should be forcibly removed....   and yes, as he's not followed up after numerous warnings and regulations he's in breach of the law and should be charged accordingly - if that impacts his visa status (from a legal perspective) so be it - he's proven that he doesn't deserve to be around well meaning nice people...

Who's going to revoke the right to stay here of Thai nationals who allow their dogs to roam unleashed and, in some cases, cause injury?

Put nationalities aside and crack down on all those who do not abide by the law. Nationality should not be an issue in the eyes of the justice system.
