Wow, you posted this four minutes after the original post and you have watched the entire 56 minute video in those four minutes and decided it is left biased.

How do you expect to be taken seriously? You haven't even watched it!!

It was available on Sky before inclusion in the OP. Easy.

The bigger question for me, and I am an American, is how one single person--even the President--has the authority to even do this.  Seems like madness to me to have one person--in this case extremely unstable and at least half nuts-- allowed to make these decisions with enormous consequences for the country--and the world economy.  This should be in the hands of Congress--along with a lot of the other bad unilateral actions Trump has been doing.

You're an American that doesn't know how our government works ?  You should be ashamed.

Several years ago I purchased a toy poodle puppy for my wife. The dog was not housebroken, and we both worked during the day, so when I came home from the office the dog had pooped and peed all over the house. I rubbed his nose in it and cleaned his snout by sticking it in the toilet bowl and flushing it. My wife felt so sorry for the dog and said that I was being very cruel and inhumane to the poor thing. My answer was "trust the process and be patient, and in the end we will all be better off including the puppy". Change is never easy, and sometimes it's very difficult and harmful, but difficult times requires difficulty measures. Go Trump!

We can all be happy, even loony lefties that Harris isn't causing even more chaos around the world than Trump is.

BTW, Trump wasn't elected to be just another do nothing much Washington drone. So far pretty much according to plan, except for Ukraine. Can't win em all.

I'm loving watching the Demonrats' trough getting filled with concrete. It's high time they searched for a real job and made to live like the rest of us. It's plainly obvious all the furor taking place is a result of the cash cow being slaughtered. Long overdue, it's reality time. Next will be street wars again but this time it won't end well for the mucky mucks. Examples will be made of and hopefully the asylum constructions will begin, thus freeing up housing for deserving souls.

I'm questioning why so much power is now in the hands of one individual, even if it's, as I said, the President.   I know how our government is suppose to work.   As a reminder to you, Congress has the 'power of the purse', not the President.  Congress has the power to decide where US taxpayer money will be spent, not the President.

Congress, also as written in the Constitution, has the power to set tariffs, also not the President.  Unfortunately, over the years Congress has ceded much of this tariff power to the President.   In the past, Presidents worked with Congress in setting trade agreements and tariffs, with Congress's authorization.  With a dictator now in place, all bets are off and I'm suggesting that this shirking of its Constitutional duties has ultimately turned out to be very unwise and Congress needs to grow a pair.

And, there's no evidence of this current President working with Congress and getting Congress's authorization to make adjustments in tariffs.   I'm not even sure he's working with himself--one day it's this, the next day he's changed his mind.  Madness.  It's true that Presidents have some limited powers to adjust tariffs in the state of a national emergency.   I'm not seeing anything that could even be remotely be seen as a national emergency at this point that would justify Trump raising tariffs on his own.   Although we are just in the third month of the second term of the worst President in US history.

So you really don't know. Gotcha

Place your feelings and emotions in the shoe box, tape the lid shut and place them in the trash can.

Now go read about how the American Federal government works, make sure you read about EO's, when that started and what it actually means, you may still not like it but at least you'll be able to sleep at night.

Yep, and he watched the whole thing on Sky.

Not sure then why he didn't say "Actually I have watched the entire thing and I disagree with it". But he didn't.

By threatening and imposing tariffs, he has severely dented business confidence causing a significant market downturn.

I am approximately 9% poorer (on paper) so he has "upended" my life.

Everything he touches turns to excrement.

Which particular interview did you disagree with? Would love to hear your thoughts on why that interview is misleading or "leftist".

Oh wait, you haven't watched it have you.

Put on ignore and avoid the twaat. I’m probably right of centre a bit, but the way these tosspots carry on and slather over this ancient commie loon is embarrassing. He’s wrecking peoples lives because he has zero empathy, even for his own, is rich and will die soon and his shenanigans will never affect him.

Because your system is broke. The US electoral system is rubbish and rigged. So many brilliant minds in America and yet there is only this or that donkey that gets put in. It is all about who can generate the most money and who shouts loudest. Do not allow old people or rich people to run countries. Especially the former. Anyone over 50 should be silenced.

I think they deleted my post because I used a mocking name towards Donald Trump. I'm sorry, didn't think that was against the policy here.

Let's double down on the point though. Is anyone here falling for this propaganda still? You voted for Trump and now that poor African woman and her child are starving in some trash filled slum. Shame on you!

It's been posted by moderators about a hundred times, so far, yet you managed to miss all of them!

Why is it the responsibility of the US taxpayer to support some African woman and her child? Who made the rule that the US has to support every poor person on the planet?

Why don't you support her if you feel so concerned for her well being?

You do realise that you will be 50 at some stage, don't you?

I agree that the US system is broke, but IMO all country's systems are broken or corrupt.

So he's doing a good job then? He wasn't elected to perpetuate a broken system. That would have been Harris.

The entire system was/ is corrupt and needed fixing, which is why Trump was elected. Can't fix a broken system without a lot of pain.

Doesn't matter if it's Trump trying to fix it ( I think it's beyond salvage though ), or it just collapses under the weight of it's own corruption, people are going to suffer, including myself.

The only question is, after all the shouting and crying, if the system got fixed, or is just the same old broken system dressed in new clothes, as in 2009.

Remind me, how much does the US pay every day to service the interest on it's enormous debt of trillions?
