Hi all 

Just did a border bounce and yes you must stay 2 nights in laos, I'm coming off a non o extension and that did not make any difference which I thought it would 555.Not a bad place for 2 nights as beer lao is good and cheap and food was good, coming back no need for  the TM6 but have your address ready. there are border run agency that let you avoid 2 nights stay in laos but you must pay a bit more. I don't know if people with non o visa can use border run agency

Were you also asked for proof of 10,000 baht and proof of onward travel out of Thailand? That seems to be on the slip of paper they have been handing out to people.
