In fact, not only are those acts okay, but investigating them for wrongdoing IS  a crime, as is investigating a President who steal classified documents or tries to overthrow an election.

 

Since those violent and corrupt acts are okay, then lighting a Tesla Dealership on fire is, at most, worthy of a ticket, like for double parking. In fact, beating MAGAs is likely okay, using that established precedent of VP hanging or Capitol police beating.
