As Thailand is not part of La Haye convention, I need for an official document a stamp from interior ministry.

I live in Chonburi.. As I have to get my criminal record in Bangkok and then go again to Bangkok to give it in an embassy for visa purpose, is it possible for me to get this stamp in Bangkok (which would avoid for me another trip to Bgk).

Where can I get this stamp, if there are several offices in Bgk is there one close to the police office where I get the criminal records ? In case, do they put this stamp immediately or not ?

You need to go to the Coibnsular Department, it is just before the entrance to the BKK immigration building at Changwattana.

Inquire if you need a translation to Thai. Many translators can do the legalisation with the consular department for you.
