British Man Sparks Outrage in Thai Restaurant Incident
I tend to agree. The media itself is insinuating Thais and expats are in a major conflict, a position which in itself seeks to raise "tensions" on the English speaking side. It is inflammatory. It's an isolated incident where some drunk foreigners act like drunk idiots. I've seen drunk Thais acting like idiots as well in the past, but they understand the boundaries of their own culture. Drunkenness leading to idiotic behavior bypasses race and culture. -

Thailand's Smile Fades: Nation's Global Happiness Rank Falls
I have just had the pleasure of meeting some downs syndrome Thais and they smiled and had genuine joy in their expressions, I have also worked with downs syndrome people in the UK and 99% of those I have met are happy and smiling, the only ones who are moody, sulky and bitter are the ones who are most like 'normal' people, I conclude they want to be like us!!! Many underprivileged Thais want to be like Japanese, Korean, Farang, etc, these are my opinions -

Help in Pattaya
Another thing you can do if you know some one who can help you even from another continent is to download a program like team viewer which gives some one else access to your computer. That way you don't need to take it anywhere. Make sure it is some one you know and can trust. Anything dealing with software can be done remotely. I have had issues with my pc like most people have from time to time but i have some one in my family who knows all about computers and he fixes any problem for me. -

Medication for gout
Applurinol and Colchocin are the two tablet medications I take and have done so now for many years (originally prescribed by a Dr at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya recommended them as a preventative). And yes, the Dr also recommended eating less chicken - but that was and is my main staple. I also eat beef fairly often. I haven't had gout since taking these medications.
