It's never too late.

The last survivor of the Sampoong Department Store collapse in Seoul, 19-year-old Park Seung-hyun, was rescued 17 days after the collapse, on July 15, 1995.

The rule is keep digging until the last one is found. I wonder if they are using GPR or the like. I saw them using dogs, I wonder if USAR is using robots?

On Ch32 Thai news this morning it featured the various breed of search dogs, the usual type, Border Collie, G Retriver, German Pointer and surprisingly an American Pitbull type, well done to the owner.

You're so sad, no need for that comment.

What's got into you?

In the past your comments were so balanced.

I saw on Channel 33 a report that showed three American soldiers surveying the collapsed building.  I saw on subdued American flag patch and a few unit patches.  Grapevine says that sensors provided the location of one survivor but that is just speculation so far.
