Nearly 65 now, but not old.  Having a much younger wife and a young kid helps.

I haven't yet. Give me a break, I'm only 79!

I noticed a lot of older guys 60 plus use the lifts instead of stairs

I noticed a lot of guys have bellies ,

I've never felt better (63 years).

I can see my decline in to old age through my runners profile over the last 10 years or so , my days of running sub 4 marathons are well and truly over..

Wow ! Kudos to you ,

You must be very fit

Did you run daily to maintain the endurance?

I guess that's why your cognitive intuitive skills may be a bit slower

As long as your happiness is maintained, and your thoughts processes are in the positive ,weed may help that

63-65 was when me and my pals could no longer go trail running and slowed a bit on our cycling. Other than that at 69 I'm surprised I've not lost much else, considering both my parents were sick by 63 and dead by 65.

When my mother stopped buying me birthday presents and said "you're an adult now". I was 18.

Yes , just about every day , a typical week would include , intervals , hill sprints , a couple of easy runs , time trials/tempo runs and a Sunday long run 15miles (min.) here is my distance log from 2012 to present…numbers in kilometres..

Getting old is not a big problem. Being old is.

Only if you let it become a problem

Still waiting to become old.

Not sure who the guy in the mirror is, but my brain is much younger than he looks :coffee1:

I envy you on your photography hobby

I remember last year taking photos in Jomtien and had busybody farang asking me what I was photographing

Just lately.

Recently I've noticed people professing they are 55 or 58 years old in social media, and they look "old" to me, even though, with that said, I myself am 63,soon to turn 64.

So, it's made me think, maybe I'm actually older than I've been seeing myself as being.

Still, it's all very subjective and unique to the individual, I bicycle every day, train with a trainer 3 times a week, and go to the gym.

So, you're as 'young as you feel' I suppose.

Mine still works unaided by Pharmaceuticals
