OK, I called my brother in Law whose nephew works for INS in NYC as a Supervisor and he said the entire story is made up. Thats my counter evidence, worth as much as the Guardians report.

In the real world, there are rightwing media who do fact-checking on stories coming from the left. Just as there are left wing media checking up on stories from the right.
