This is the case for all countries.  They can search anything at the port of entry.

Maybe the can. But the issue isn't what they can do but what they actually are doing.

Let’s follow your logic: You 'beleive' (sic) homosexuality is linked to crime and mental illness.

This was actually the mainstream belief of most psychologists until quite recently, that homosexuality is a mental illness.

it was 1973 it was taken off the list of mental disorders by the APA.

Mental illness is a political issue that gets money for Socialist Activism. Thats why we have people living in their own faeces on park benches

There are a few shows on TV about border police in Canada, the UK, and Australia.   Seek out these shows and watch.  It happens.

And what does that show?

Massive hubris and aggression by border control / immigration officials. Also the guy had a valid visa, with some collaboration by officials should have been permitted entry. Basically a story underlining awful arrogance enabled by current regime officials. However I guess you will defend / deflect

Asking you to provide a factual basis for your claims is baiting and flaming? Asking folks to consider the source of your inane post is baiting and flaming?

Got it. The truth is a flame to your ilk.

He got it from a source that the mods don't have a problem with. If you have counter-evidence to offer, please share it. Otherwise, you've got nothing.

Got it. If the Guardian posts something from an anonymous source that bashes the USA it is Gospel.

OK, I called my brother in Law whose nephew works for INS in NYC as a Supervisor and he said the entire story is made up. Thats my counter evidence, worth as much as the Guardians report.

Except we have a source called The Guardian that verifiably exists.

We can't say the same about your brother-in-law's nephew.

In the real world, there are rightwing media who do fact-checking on stories coming from the left. Just as there are left wing media checking up on stories from the right. Nothing both sided don't enjoy as much as a good gotcha. Let me know when some reputable right wing organization comes up with evidence that this is false. And no, anonymous members of aseannow.com don't count as such.

Which is why I delete my chat history with my Thai bud before I arrive.

So, given your penchant—admitted by your own logic—should we assume the reason you delete chats with your Thai bud before U.S. entry is because said bud is a gender-nonconforming person?

Oh look, the "you are gay" flame again from the tolerant and diverse left.

I never asked my bud what her gender is because she is a typical rich Thai American old lady from Yaowarat/Washington DC. I guess more normal, non homophobic, reasonably thinking folks who have been to Thailand and have some knowledge of the Country can fill in the blanks as to whats deleted.

Read the article, no need for me to repeat . Again cease flaming. If you consider it OK for unprofessional and aggressive by US border control so be it, though I bet you would you be al over a similar article if it applied to a citizen of your country by Thai immigration, To repeat cease flaming.

Flaming is almost of all of what you do on here on AN so I suggest you turn down the flames and cool down!

PS; Where, if possible, can you find any truth in that Trump bible you keep quoting from?

What a wonderful and unbelievably unreliable source, made even less reliable by your connection to your so "claimed source"!
