Yes, aware but wondering if they will include global medical coverage for fully retired military. They already deny me my earned Medicare coverage for being outside the US as a fully retired civilian. I add that both continue to pay the monthly Part B Medicare premium.

yes aware of the medicare outside the US.  already discussed all this with my Thai wife, as previously the one plus one in BCBS was much cheaper, now almost the same as family - don't understand that but also don't understand how the government can all these insurance companies to continuous big price increases every year.  In two years my daughter will be too old, I will drop the wife and get a local insurer for her with no problems and then mine will be just me on the insurance.  I mean in just about two years, it has gone up to mine being just short of a thousand dollars a month!  I personally have never had a claim  except one for walking pneumonia 40 years ago and since I didn't have to be hospitalized, GEBA or whatever I had then wouldn't allow the claim as it was outpatient only. but only $75.00.  I also do not like the fact that I continue to exercise as I have done all my life, maintain a non-fat weight, eat well, no alcohol and no smoking drugs - I don't even take aspirin/tylenol as I haven't had a headache even for more than 25 years yet I have to pay more and more to subsidize the fat Americans.  Something wrong with that to me.  But I also realize that tomorrow, I might have to use that insurance so...
