Nudity Scandal on Thai Beach Fuels Calls for Tourist Behaviour Crackdown

Nudism is normal in many countries.. Here in Thailand however they are very conservative and they shame for seeing someone nude.. However we were all born nude and there are only 2 kinds.. men and women.. FKK is in Germany normal and several EU countries have beaches and places were naturists and nudists can be themselves.. Instead of talking about scandals, Thailand should open beaches for nudists and naturists too.. All about tourism, but only Queeen Victoria style.. Even swimming in Tshirts and shorts, as bikini and swimmingslip can be annoying.. But on the other hand Thailand is full of sex.. How do they do that.... with all clothes on??

Puritanical virtue-signalling drivel - laughable !!.

This "culture" you're banging on about… is that the one paraded on every third-rate TV soap-opera soaked in melodrama, gun crime, and cheap sex and cheating ?...

.... Or is it the spectacle of half-naked dancers humping the stage at every bargain-bin Morlam gig in front of toddlers?

Maybe it's the tradition of being bent over behind the beer fridge at the back of some grotty Soi bar?

.... the sacred nightly ritual of grinding for sweaty banknotes in every grimy "gentlemen’s" club from Chiang Mai to Chonburi?

... getting shagged silly at every soapy ???

Yes - Thai culture, real Thai culture, absolutely deserves respect.

But don’t insult it by hiding behind it while peddling media-manufactured outrage.

The faux indignation - yours included - stinks of performative hypocrisy. Keep the sanctimony.

Mostly visited by Thai of course.

This “culture” you reference…    is it the culture splashed across every soap opera on TV ?...

The culture of pelvic thrusting in bikinis in front of kids at every low-rent Morlam concert nationwide ??...

... getting shagged silly at every soapy ???...   Or perhaps the culture of gyrating nightly in every so-called gentlemen’s club across the nation ????

I do agree that Thai culture deserves respect....   But.... the faux outrage pouring from the media, and echoed by yourself, reeks of hypocrisy. Spare us the sanctimony....
