RCP and CNN don't have exactly the same panel of polls and probably not the same aggregation method. Practically RCP aggregation is more right-leaning while CNN is more left-leaning. 538 was the more reliable but they have closed their website. Anyway, Trump approval ratings seem to evolve rather quickly, so let's see next week what the numbers are.
